Triple Glazing

Triple Glazing

As the name suggests, triple glazing can be defined as three distinct panes of glass made into a single sealed unit with an air gap between the panes. Triple Glazing can offer much lower U-Values when compared to existing single or double glazing as well as a measured increase in noise reduction, especially in built up areas.

Another advantage of triple glazing is that it can improve summer comfort levels by reducing over-heating as the solar heat gain known as the g-value, for a well specified triple glazed window can be around 20% less than that of a window fitted with a double-glazed sealed unit.
